About The Program

What is BeFAB-NCCU?

BeFAB-NCCU (Be Fit, Active & Balanced) is a health and wellness research program developed through the RCMI Center for Health Disparities Research at North Carolina Central University.

The program supports students in building healthier habits through digital tools, campus engagement, and behavioral science research. Participants use the BeFAB mobile app to track wellness behaviors, participate in challenges, and engage with research designed to improve health outcomes for young adults.
